Process
Following the unfortunate event of an intruder or fire, Premier’s control centre will immediately despatch a timeshare response officer with your keys. Upon arrival the response officer will assess the integrity of your property and implement a remedial solution to restore the building’s systems, enabling them to be reset and continually monitored. During the response process, Premier’s officers will organise and manage a range of support services in accordance with your specifications and business continuity plans.
These support services may include:
- Liaison with local constabularies
- Boarding and glazing services
- Implementation of a security personnel solution
- Locksmiths
- Implementation of mobile patrol services
